Youth Theatre Director, Palace Theatre, Redditch
At the Palace Theatre I was responsible for the running of the youth theatre, workshops and productions. The theatre was involved in a great deal of community projects, for which I took responsibility. I was assistant director on the professional seasons (many of these shows integrated the youth theatre) and I prepared teacher's packs to accompany the shows which were of educational interest such as the Shakespeare productions.
